I’m a licensed marriage and family therapist with advanced training in the Gottman Method Couples Therapy (Level 3) and EMDR, offering online therapy and in-person intensives in Truckee, CA. I specialize in helping adults and couples move from feeling stuck, disconnected, or overwhelmed to experiencing more clarity, connection, joy and fulfillment. Many of my clients are navigating communication issues, burnout, conflict cycles, emotional distance, lack of direction, anxiety, or major life transitions. Others are simply ready to improve their quality of life and become the best version of themselves. My approach is direct, nonjudgmental, and grounded in evidence-based strategies—often infused with a little humor and a lot of heart. Whether you’re facing relationship distress, anxiety, ADHD, life challenges, or self-esteem issues, I’ll work collaboratively with you to heal, grow, and build long-term tools for connection and success. I believe therapy should lead to real change, not just weekly venting.
